“El deporte de los
negocios”, el golf, tiene su orígen en un juego similar de la época romana. Quién iba a decir que ese juego derivaría en un deporte con un alto número de beneficios para el
ciudadano del SXXI, ideal para personas de cualquier edad y condición física,

MENTAL:
Medir las distancias, condiciones ambientales, búsqueda de trayectoria,
balanceo justo, etc. Estos pasos mentales son sinónimo de ejercitación de
nuestras capacidades, mejorando la concentración, la creatividad, la circulación de la sangre en el cerebro y reducción del estrés.
3.- MEJORA DE LAS RELACIONES
SOCIALES:
A pesar de que es considerado un deporte solitario, el golf da la
oportunidad de fomentar las relaciones entre personas. El recorrido, el aire
libre y el estímulo del cerebro, hacen del su césped, la
alfombra perfecta para crear nuevas relaciones, tanto sociales como de
negocios.
