Terminamos esta semana con un post consecuencia de la recomendación de la semana pasada (aquí) donde hablamos del color y una amiga nos ha dicho que su elección para este verano es el color verde, así que aquí les dejamos lo que nos vino a la cabeza cuando pensamos en VERDE.

Con una semana de altas temperaturas, no podíamos terminar la semana de otra forma más que rodeadas de color. Cambian nuestro estado de ánimo, afecta la persepción que otras personas tienen de nosotros y a veces son una forma de expresión. Los hay cálidos y fríos, brillantes y opacos, llamativos y sobrios... 

With a week of high temperatures, we could not finish the week but otherwise surrounded by color. Change our mood, affects the persepción that others have of us and sometimes are a form of expression. Some are warm and cold, bright and opaque, striking and sober ...

Como el sol, el amarillo es un color estimulante, que irradia alegría y sabiduría.

El naranja, otro color cálido, es vibrante y social, inspira y estimula, transmite seguridad y sinceridad. 

El rojo es fuerza y como tal, hace sentir fuerte a quien lo utiliza. Estimula física y mentalmente. Popularmente está relacionado con el amor y la sexualidad.

Refrescante como el mar, el azul es relajante, reduce las pulsaciones, además transmite equilibrio y seriedad.

Los campos y las montañas sosegadas, armoniosas y equilibradas. Así es el color verde, con una personalidad modesta y paciente.

Los violetas y sus gamas, son colores espirituales. como la mezcla de azul y rojo, así de extremista es. En algunas culturas significa poder.

Like the sun, yellow is a stimulating color, radiating joy and wisdom.
Orange, another warm color is vibrant and social, inspires and encourages, represents security and sincerity.
Red is strength and strengthens who uses it. Physically and mentally stimulated. usually is about love and sexuality.
Refreshing as the sea, blue is relaxing, reduces keystrokes, represents balance and reliability.
The fields and mountains are sedate, harmonious and balanced. This is the color green, with a modest and patient personality.
The violets and their ranges are spiritual colors. as the mixture of blue and red as well as extremist is. In some cultures it means power.

El blanco inspira claridad, limpieza, sencillez y frescura. En la vestimenta suele ser un básico, un lienzo sobre el cual crear cualquier combinación.
Como la noche, el negro es el color del misterio. Absorve la energía, pero también es un color protector. Al usarlo la persona se siente segura y sobria. Toda la que tenga un buen vestido negro lo entiende.
Por último, no me puedo olvidar del Dorado, el oro autoprotector y noble; y el plateado, de la plata transformadora y progresista. 

White inspires clarity, cleanliness, simplicity and freshness. The white clothes is usually a basic, a canvas on which to create any combination.
Like the night, the black is the color of mystery. Absorbs energy, but also a protective color. the person wearing it feel safe and sober. All have a nice black dress gets it.

Finally, I can not forget the gold, and noble self-protective, and the transformer and progressive silver

La paleta de colores es muy amplia y el verano es el mejor momento para sacarle todo el partido posible. No hay reglas en su combinación, todo se vale si se lleva con estilo y con ¡una gran sonrisa!

The color palette is very wide and the summer is the best time to make the most possible. There are no rules in their combination, anything goes if it is carried with style and a big smile!

Weekend´s recommendation - Classic tales

 Había una vez un príncipe que quería casarse con una princesa, pero con una verdadera princesa de sangre real. Viajó por todo el mundo buscando una, pero era muy difícil encontrarla, mucho más difícil de lo que había supuesto.

Las princesas abundaban, pero no era sencillo averiguar si eran de sangre real. Siempre acababa descubriendo en ellas algo que le demostraba que en realidad no lo eran, y el príncipe volvió a su país muy triste por no haber encontrado una verdadera princesa real.

Once upon a time there was a prince who wanted to marry a princess; but she would have to be a real princess. He travelled all over the world to find one, but nowhere could he get what he wanted. There were princesses enough, but it was difficult to find out whether they were real ones. There was always something about them that was not as it should be. So he came home again and was sad, for he would have liked very much to have a real princess.

 

 

Una noche estalló una terrible tormenta con rayos y truenos. La lluvía caía torrencialmente. De repente se oyó como alguien golpeaba la puerta del castillo con fuerza. ¡Toc! ¡Toc!¡Toc!. El anciano rey fue a abrirla.

Era una princesa que estaba afuera, frente a la puerta. Pero, ¡Dios mio! ¡qué aspecto presentaba con la lluvia y el mal tiempo! 
One evening a terrible storm came on; there was thunder and lightning, and the rain poured down in torrents. Suddenly a knocking was heard at the city gate, and the old king went to open it.

It was a princess standing out there in front of the gate. But, good gracious! what a sight the rain and the wind had made her look. 

 

 

El agua le goteaba del pelo y de las ropas, le corría por la punta de los zapatos y le salía por el tacón y, sin embargo, decía que era una princesa auténtica. 

“Bueno,  eso pronto lo sabremos”, pensó la anciana reina. Y sin decir palabra, fue a la alcoba, apartó toda la ropa de la cama y puso un guisante en el fondo. Después cogió veinte colchones y los puso sobre el guisante, y además colocó veinte edredones sobre los colchones.

The water ran down from her hair and clothes; it ran down into the toes of her shoes and out again at the heels. And yet she said that she was a real princess. 

“Well, we’ll soon find that out,” thought the old queen. But she said nothing, went into the bed-room, took all the bedding off the bedstead, and laid a pea on the bottom; then she took twenty mattresses and laid them on the pea, and then twenty eider-down beds on top of the mattresses.

 

La princesa tuvo que dormir allí toda la noche.

A la mañana siguiente le preguntaron como había dormido.

On this the princess had to rest all night 

In the morning she was asked how she had slept.

“¡Oh, terriblemente mal!” -dijo la princesa-. “Apenas si he pegado ojo en toda la noche. ¡Sabe Dios lo que habría en la cama! He dormido sobre algo tan duro que tengo todo el cuerpo lleno de magulladuras. ¡Ha sido horrible!”

“Oh, very badly!” said she. “I have scarcely closed my eyes all night. Heaven only knows what was in the bed, but I was lying on something hard, so that I have bruise all over my body. It was horrible!”  

 

 

Así supieron que era una princesa de verdad, porque había notado el guisante a través de veinte colchones y de veinte edredones. Sólo una auténtica princesa podía haber sido tan sensible.

Now they knew that she was a real princess because she had felt the pea right through the twenty mattresses and the twenty eider-down beds. Nobody but a real princess could be as sensitive as that. 

    

El príncipe la tomó por esposa, porque ahora podía estar seguro de que se casaba con una princesa auténtica, y el guisante entró a formar parte de las joyas de la corona, donde todavía puede verse, si no lo ha robado nadie. 

So the prince took her for his wife, for now he knew that he had a real princess; and the pea was put in the museum, where it may still be seen, if no one has stolen it.  

Y colorín colorado, este cuento se ha acabado...

And they all lived happily ever after...
