JOIN THE PINK!
Día Mundial Contra el Cáncer de Mama, el 19 de octubre es una fecha para
celebrar la capacidad de lucha y superación de muchas mujeres; a veces familia,
otras amigas, algunas compañeras y en otros casos, conocidos. Con su ejemplo nos
ponen en conocimiento que la prevención es la mejor forma de apoyo. Acude a las
revisiones con tu médico, realízate exploraciones físicas en casa y sigue
unos hábitos de vida saludables: controlando tu alimentación, peso y
practicando ejercicio físico de forma habitual.
World's Day Against Breast Cancer, 19th October, is a date for celebrate the ability to fight and overcome of many women; whose are sometimes family, other times friends, some colleagues and in other cases known. With their example, they give us knowledge for our prevention, which is the best way to support them.You must pass your check-up, do physical examinations at home and have healthy lifestyle, keep your diet, weight and practise regularly exercise.
