En esta época del año donde el ambiente frío se encuentra entre nosotros, queremos disfrutar de este clima pero muy importante, sin enfermarnos, no queremos contagiarnos de gripe ni otra enfermedad propia de los climas fríos y es por ello que el té se convierte en nuestro mejor aliado, siempre se ha considerado que tiene numerosos efectos beneficiosos para la salud. La ventaja que más destaca del té radica en el hecho de tratarse de un producto totalmente natural, sin colorantes, ni aromas artificiales, además de ser una bebida que puede acompañar un desayuno, una merienda y hasta utilizarse en la cocina.

Té Rojo: Tiene un sabor muy característico, fuerte y terroso, diurético, controla grasas y baja nivel de colesterol. Es ideal después de las comidas.

Té Blanco: El elixir de la juventud, considerado el té mas exquisito y refinado, mejora estado de tensión, reduce migrañas y mejora el nivel de concentración.

Té Oolong: También llamado té azul, es ligero con sabor vegetal más parecido al té verde. Es digestivo, da energía y reduce tensión arterial.

There are many kinds of tea, each with its main features  and benefits:

 Black Tea: It is one of the most popular in the world because of its flavor and properties such as antioxidant and good for the stomach.

Green Tea: It is an antioxidant and helps maintain  controlled blood sugar and strengthens immune system.

Red Tea: It has a very distinctive, strong and earthy flavor, diuretic, controls fat, low cholesterol. It is perfect after meals.

White Tea: The elixir of youth, considered the most exquisite and refined tea improves state of tension, reduce headaches and improve concentration level.

Oolong Tea: Also called blue tea, it is slightly with vegetal flavor more similar to green tea. Is digestive, gives energy and reduces blood pressure.

New Year's Eve traditions

El fin de año ya está cerca, ésta época es ideal para reflexionar y plantearnos nuevos propósitos. En cada lugar del mundo, la noche vieja se celebra con tradiciones diferentes y queremos mostrarte algunas de ellas.

The end of the year is near, this time it is great to reflect and consider new purposes. In every place of the world the New Year eve is celebrated with different traditions and we want to show you some of them.

Uvas de la Suerte: Esta es una de las tradiciones más seguidas en España, comer 12 uvas acompañando las 12 campanadas que anuncian la llegada del año nuevo. El número de uvas coincide con los meses del año y la hora que representa el final de un año y el comienzo del siguiente, augura suerte al que las ha comido. Esta tradición también se exportó a otros países hispanoaméricanos como México, Venezuela, Argentina, Ecuador, Perú, Chile y Colombia.

Lucky Grapes: This is one of the most popular traditions in Spain, eating 12 grapes accompanying the 12 chimes that announce the arrival of the New Year. The number of grapes coincides with the months of the year and time that represents the end of one year and the beginning of the next, predicts luck to whoever has eaten. This tradition was also exported to other Latin American countries such as Mexico, Venezuela, Argentina, Ecuador, Peru, Chile and Colombia.

Ropa Interior: Otra de las costumbres es llevar en noche vieja ropa interior de un color específico, en España se usa el color rojo, se tiene la creencia de que atrae la suerte, el amor y la pasión. En Suramérica en cambio se usa el color amarillo porque trae buena suerte y felicidad. Algunos dicen que la ropa interior amarilla debe ser usada al revés y que tras la media noche debes ponértela al derecho.

Underwear: Another custom is to wear underwear on eve of a specific color, in Spain the color red is used, it is believed that attracts luck, love and passion. In South America, however the yellow color is used because it brings good luck and happiness. Some say that the yellow underwear must be worn backwards and after midnight you put it on the right.

Besos: El beso de media noche, una tradición muy romántica y arraigada en los Estados Unidos, se cree que no dar el beso justo después de las 12 de la noche augura 365 días de soledad. Los estadounidenses siempre esperan compartir el beso de año nuevo con alguien especial.

Kisses: The midnight kiss, a very romantic and strong tradition in the United States, is believed not to give the kiss just after 12 pm promises 365 days of loneliness. Americans always expect to share New Year's kiss with someone special.

Lentejas: Tradición italiana, no pueden faltar en la mesa durante la cena de noche vieja, representan la riqueza, la abundancia y el dinero, algunos se las comen, otros las guardan en sus bolsillos y otros las sueltan por la casa.

Lentils: Italian tradition, are a must on the table during dinner eve, represent wealth, abundance and money, some eat them, others keep in their pockets and the other loose in the house.

Sacar las Maletas: Se cree que a media noche debes sacar la maleta a la calle e incluso darle la vuelta a la manzana con ella, y así tendrás oportunidades de viajes en el año nuevo. Si quieres viajar con tu amor, den la vuelta a la manzana juntos.

Get out Suitcases: It is believed that at midnight you get the suitcase on the street and even turn around the block with it, and you'll have opportunities to travel in the New Year. If you want to travel with your love, turn around the block together.

Brindar con bebida espumosa: Es necesario que haya una bebida espumosa, se cree que las burbujas que se forman son símbolo de felicidad, ¡Salud!

Toast with frothy drink: It is necessary have a frothy beverage, it is believed that the bubbles formed are a symbol of happiness, cheers!

Son muchas las tradiciones y costumbres en todo el mundo para despedir un año entero y dar inicio a otro confiando en que venga lleno de cosas buenas, la gente se abraza y se desea ¡Feliz año nuevo!, durante toda la noche se baila, se bebe, se divierte, ¡es una noche alegre!
